Paint, the one from Windows XP, on a canvas that everyone shares — pick a tool and your stroke shows up for everybody else as you draw it. Clear it and it clears for all of us.

Left button draws in the foreground colour, right button in the background colour. On a phone, pick the Hand tool to move the canvas around and pinch with two fingers to zoom. Copy your picture out with File > Save As.
