Your account

One login covers the apps that use family SSO. Jellyfin and Seerr use their own sign-in — ask an admin for that account.

  1. Step 1

    Open sso.delarosafams.com on a computer the first time.

  2. Step 2

    On the authentik card, press Sign up. It sits under the blue Log in button.

  3. Step 3

    Fill username, first and last name, email, and a strong password (12 or more characters). Press Continue.

  4. Step 4

    Wait for approval. An admin will email or text you. Then log in with your password.

  5. Step 5

    Set up at least one extra lock (a phone prompt or a code app). You land on your app list. Keep the password in Vault.

Jellyfin — how to watch

Jellyfin sign-in. Server name nas1. No family SSO button.
  1. Watch in the browser at jellyfin.delarosafams.com. The server name is nas1. Sign in with the Jellyfin username an admin gave you. There is no family SSO button on this page.
  2. On iPhone or iPad, install the official Jellyfin app from the App Store.
  3. On a computer, get Jellyfin Media Player from the official downloads page — never a random site.

Seerr — request movies & TV

Seerr sign-in
  1. Open Seerr. Sign in on its own page (not family SSO).
  2. Search for the movie or show.
  3. Press Request. It shows up on Jellyfin when it is ready.
